COPA FLIGHT 28 COPA Flight 28, Inc. is a chapter of the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association, founded in 1981. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month except for July and December, via Zoom during the COVID era. For meeting information please send an email to copaflight28 at gmail dot com.
